"I’ve ordered food from here for Thanksgiving and it was trash. I’ve ordered a 2 large pans of food for which I considered was a lot of money. Ended up throwing both out. The chicken wasn’t done. I use to love this place but I’ve seen the quality of the food going down hill. Don’t think that I would ever be back."

"One of my favorites, if not my #1 favorite soul food restaurant. I wish the establishment will one day expand the size. It is a very small in size, and only seats 12-15 people tops, and that would make it tight in there. The small side is more for takeout. I have been on the bigger side for Sunday brunch. Love the jazz band, and the full buffet. Today in particular, my mother said let's go out to eat. I really wanted her to try this restaurant. Her stomach is very sensitive, and can't eat certain things. I just wish the waitress was a little bit more patient, and not so fast to catch an attitude, when trying to order the food the way she likes it . Overall, my mother enjoyed the food as well. She loved her extra crispy chicken and she enjoyed the the Sweet Potatoe Fries as well. I liked the Seafood Delight, but was a huge fan of the crab cakes. It was just okay. The string beans had that extra kick to it. The Mac & Cheese was/is my favorite side dish. Delicious!"
