"Sweet green is always delicious but this store is so ridiculously understaffed that it’s really making me wonder if it’s worth ever going back. Even ordering ahead of time takes more than an hour to get your food. I feel bad for the staff because they’re very nice, they just need like 5 more people working here… see pic for what it’s like at lunch on a weekday."

"Used to be great! I used to order 2-3 times per week but stopped. I had the worst experience two months ago when I placed an online order for my usual Harvest Bowl. I drove all the way to pick it up from Hartsdale (15 minutes…not the biggest deal) and when I got back home and removed the lid, it was basically just kale and a tiny bit of roasted chicken. No sweet potatoes, almonds or apples as they were apparently out and it wasn’t indicated online. As much as I didn’t feel like doing so, I drove all the way back because I was super annoyed. They told me they could give me some of the hot sweet potatoes and I told them I’d rather have a refund. I was informed I’d have to go online for this. I let them give me the hot sweet potatoes (that I waited 15 minutes for because “they were coming out of the oven”). I returned home and they were hard as a rock. I threw the salad in the garbage and filed a complaint online. I was told I’d get a free salad on my account but never did. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone!! Never again for me."

"Terrible experience here a few times. There’s a sign on the front that says they’re closed but only accepting online orders meanwhile they seem as though they have plenty of staff here. Allowing people in the store to eat. I can understand if there was a problem with the POS system but The staff has been really rude to all people walking in asking how to order. My order has taken 30 minutes while my wife’s took 20minutes to make as we sit here and watch them."

"The place is clean. We were there an hour before closing. The rice was very hard, so we had to send it back. If it was a pickup order, we won't able to change it. They should waited for the new rice to come out then serve the order. The new salad was ok and worth the price. It was an easy and a fast meal. Probably will go somewhere else next time."

"I've eaten at other Sweetgreens, and they have been fine. This was disappointing and hopefully a one off. The portions were super small - the protein was 4 teeny cubes of tofu that looked like it was cooked days ago. I added slaw as a side, and as you can see in the picture, it was about 2 tablespoons worth."
