"Where do I begin? The dining room was closed with a sign that says “for the health and safety of our staff”, I didn’t realize we were still living in a pandemic. They block the path to the dining room with a bench facing the other way. You could at very least face it the other direction so your guests have a place to sit as they wait for their pizza to be ready. We ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and a cheesy breadsticks. The pizza was super dry because they had skimped on the sauce, and the cheese sticks that were in a box that read “Cheesy. Crispy. Loaded” were underdone and doughy. I complained about the pizza with little to no sauce, and the host handed me two clearly watered down sauces from under the counter that were not refrigerated or poured from a simmering pot. I’m not sure how long they were stored there at unsafe temperatures, but I guess we’ll find out tomorrow. Coming off a Pizza Hut high from the Broadway location in the Bronx, I guess we had higher expectations. Don’t let the fancy Scarsdale address fool you. We will not be returning to this location,"

"At the Midway Shopping center by the corner going North, you see pizzahut place. Very good service and nice staff (family owned ). The style of pizza is not traditional it is more for college kids or soccer moms, but it tastes very delicious. Unfortunately, the dining area is closed, so if you need to take quick takeout, they are good."

"First time visiting this Pizza Hut location. I ordered online and chose curbside pickup and received the confirmation email. When i arrived, i parked and checked in as per the email instructions and waited...and waited...and waited. After 20 minutes past the time when my order was supposed to be ready, I decided to go inside, since it seemed no one was going to bring it outside. The inside looked completely dated and abandoned. The dining area was closed off, citing health concerns for the closure, and the location seemed like it was kept to the bare minimum standards for passing inspections. Once inside, i asked for my order. My pizza was ready to go but the drink was not. I ordered a Sierra Mist and the cashier asked another employee to grab it from the fridge. I instead received a "Starry". The cashier informed me that they had no Sierra Mist but it was now Starry, "same company" he told me. Very disappointing as this was not mentioned when ordering online. Overall experience was disappointing. Definitely would not visit again. But if you are a Pizza Hut fan, this is the only one that's in the area, so you may have to put up with it, unfortunately."
