"This dunkin completely went done hill. This place was run by amazing employees many years ago and now it’s a lost cause. This young black girl now working on the cashier is absolutely disgusting, she pulls out and uses her phone when there are customers coming into the store and trying to order. While I was trying to order she was on her phone for about 2 minutes before she even realized I was there staring directly at her to get her attention! The coffee is disgusting, my latte was extremely sweet, the stores a complete mess. All these employees need to be fired or else this dunkin will be closed down soon."
"This Dunkin used to be very good I had no complaints, But now, ever since they started hiring new employees the service and drinks have gone down a lot, They fail to make good coffee and they have trouble using the technology so they often mess up your order, either over charging or giving you the wrong order."
