"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All I ordered was soup and I waited 20 minutes after they texted me my order was ready. I would have waited if the red haired server was kind. She didn't even try to see what was going on with my order. When I asked the manager for a refund she told me she could get the soup in 2 minutes but my refund would take 5. NO THANK YOU! Customer service is everything. I'll wait for my refund. I'll spend my money elsewhere! Never again will I come here."

"First and last time trying panera bread. I asked for MO to Tomato’s and they added tomato’s. Simply READ. Good thing I wasn’t allergic because it would’ve been a waste of money. They soup came from a bag and the stale, non wrapped bread that was probably touched with their hands and then placed into the bag. This can be made at home and taste way better"

"1/7/2024 I was there around 8:30pm. Closing team was so professional, respectful, nice, caring! so many words I want to use I am just in awe ! My first time here & I will be coming back. Bakery goods were warm and soft and so good Thank you so so much for welcoming me even though it was close to closing hours. My babygirl & I appreciate you guys so so much!!! "Some items were missing, and the lack of utensils or adequate service for dining in was noticeable. The place appears disorganized, and I would prefer a better service experience. Unfortunately, not everything listed on the menu was available for service. Overall, not a favorable experience, and I expected better from Panera Bread."

"Every time I order they are out of some ingredient, like tomatoes, and EVERY delivery is missing items. They need to do some kind of quality check before letting the driver leave. They are courteous and refund promptly, but its a bit ridiculous at this point. The photos make the food look a lot better than reality. This location needs to do better!"
