"I was trying to buy the Jamaican Sodas. I was first in line and she had no orders. I put the 2 sodas on the counter along with my money. Then she comes with an attitude and skips me to go to the person behind me. This is was in around february"

"Food was dry and overpriced fish $8 rice and peas to go with $4 it had no flavor or salt food even cake was dry and hard because it's under heat lamps all day."

"Even though the meat taste good, its a small portion of meat given with the rice. The rice itself tastes burnt and way too much of it to be served with little bit of meat."

"Very upsetting. I came in with my father one day and we wanted a typical dish and a large side order of rice and peas. The owner was telling me they did not have anymore rice and peas. I looked over while she was serving another customer and there was a huge platter of rice and peas in the tray. I told her, I can clearly see you do have some! She looks over to me and tells me they just don't serve large rice and peas by itself, I need to mix it with another dish. I don't like cross contamination with meat, so I asked again can she just put the rice in a separate container. She laughed at me and ignored me and told me there is no more. The woman at the cash registered looked at me and said "that's very boring by itself! why do you want it separate?". I don't need to explain why I need the rice and peas separate, I just want my order done. My father became very frustrated and said "let's take our business somewhere else because clearly they don't like money." All of the sudden, she decides to give me what I asked for: a side of rice and peas. Was that so hard to do? Made me look like a fool in front of other customers over a side of rice and peas. Later throughout the week, we went to another Jamaican Cuisine restaurant and I asked for the same thing and they gave it to me NO PROBLEM."

"The service here is the worst. Of course they are slow as hell because they are always on their phone and when you come in you're disturbing them. Never get to taste the food, been here 3 times and can't deal with the wait especially being that I'm the only person in the store. Close please!!!"
