"I've been a Costco member for many years and I've gotten glasses at both the Greensboro and Winston-Salem stores. My recent experience at the Winston-Salem store was outstanding. I got both regular and sunglasses. The Costco person assisting me was Ewa and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, meticulous, pleasant, and funny. I loved interacting with her. She took great care with the location of the different regions of the lenses (they're progressive lenses) and, when I picked up the glasses, with their fit and comfort. I can't say enough good things about Ewa. Whatever they're paying her, they should increase it."

"Ok, as much as I love Costco I had the worst experience with there optical department.. I lost my Glasses and was trying to get new lenses with frames from a different pair which I purchased at Costco 4 years ago.. I only needed lenses.. The older gentleman with the beard ( today is 01 19. 2020 so check the schedule time 230 pm) he was so rude and told me that I had to buy a new pair and that they couldn’t use my frames than told me to go down the street to a different place.. I didn’t want to complain in the store because I didn’t want them to cancel my membership..So I gave one star because of that gentleman..."
