"I order iced matcha latte every single day and they always fail to give me full cup of matcha. 70% of the cup is ice and only 30% and even not 30% is the drink. Like I am paing $7-8 dollars every single day and they are failing to make it right .I have witnessed several times that people are having same issue. This is convenient and closest location to my house, so hopefully baristas will learn how to make right amount for different sized cups. Attaching todays drink and I didn't take a sip of it, and this is venti cup. Thanks"

"The FIRST thing that makes this location unique is the artistic touch in the decor. I live nearby, go there a lot, and see beautiful boards and drawings made by a very talented staff member... All my friends noticed that! While coffee and everything else might be the same as in every other Starbucks location, the hand-drawn panels make it stand out. Great team! I genuinely hope the management appreciates each and every one of their hardworking staff!"

"Great staff and excellent service. This past Friday I stop by for my afternoon brew and the pickup counter was filthy with crumbs and dried up coffee stains. I looked around and the tables and floor were dirty as well. Maybe it was after the lunch rush but I was surprised. They are always super clean. Normally I give a place a 1 star...but I know these guys normally shine."

"Update: Another quick, smooth ordering experience. My Iced Chai latte was excellent Update: Had a very nice experience here, today. Upping my review to 5 stars. Maybe they got new management because someone (who seemed like they were in charge, and was wearing different attair than the baristas) asked me for clarification on my drink and then explained how I could order it later, to ensure I'd get exactly the decaf light mocha iced latte that I wanted. A very nice spacious Starbucks. Good service, though I waited a bit longer than expected. Also, I'm not sure if this Starbucks would have much cozy-seating (Covid aside), but that seemed a little lacking."
