"I used to think they were friendlier than most Jamaican restaurants but they’re the same . Im American with Jamaican background so I understand everything that’s being said by the rude aunties in the kitchen . Im 9 months pregnant and I’m paying my money so when I ask for something specific don’t be rude !"

"Placed an order this evening…(2) medium fried chicken, ground provisions, stew chicken gravy with dark meat with a tossed salad. I received everything in my order except the tossed salad which was something I was looking forward to. I called the store and I was placed on hold, then hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold again. No one answered my call and I eventually hung up. This was my first time ordering from them in about 2-3 years and I chose this place over going to Red Lobster. The food was good but next time I’ll choose Red Lobster because why charge people for food that they pay for and not give them what they ordered. Smh…won’t happen again, trust me!!"

"My go to spot in the Bronx. Been coming for years. Now I don't get to order as much since I am in Westchester county. On a recent visit I was pleasantly happy to know the food is still great quality. I am never disappointed with their food."

"The food is really delicious! I am a big fan of West Indian food in the Bronx and my friend recommended Rocatone to me. Everyone knows I love a roti and this one was good! I got a chicken roti and D&G Pineapple soda. I wish I had some pepper to go in it and that would have sealed the deal for me. The food was delivered quickly with no issues. I’ll be back to try the jerk chicken roti next."

"Seafood Jamaican style. It doesn’t get any better. Try the steamed snapper. It’s made to order and just the way you want it. Their pumpkin is always good (I need that hook up) if you don’t like okra let them know. The staff out front a the best. The staff is always friendly. The pay great attention to details. They’ve never got an order wrong over the year FYI - they have soup. Try their seafood soup"
