McDonald's 1600 Bruckner Boulevard, The Bronx, NY 10473

"It takes a lot for me to get pissed off and it takes a lot more for me to write a review but it is time. This McDonald’s is horrible. I pulled up to the drive-through at 7 PM did not receive my food until 7:20 because they messed up on another order. I have a autistic son! that is real picky when it comes to cold french fries. so I asked the manager if she can make another one because the French fries was cold and she told me no! I asked for her name and she refused to give me that also. this is not Management behavior. I will be looking to take this a lot further. Horrible customer service just horrible. I guess this is how big corporate companies are treating kids with disabilities."

"Everything is saying this Mcdonald's is 24 hrs, but when we pulled up at 4AM, they weren't serving food. They didn't even bother telling us over the drive-thru speaker, we had to pull up to the window and ask. They seemed disgruntled that we were even there to begin with. Maybe don't continue 24 hr service if you can't get a staff that's willing to work overnight."

"This McDonald's stays busy during the day, afternoon and evening hours. Since his remodeling it just seems to have picked up in the amount of customers traffic. The staff are our friendly and try to get you serve as quickly as they can. overall rating is above satisfaction."

"This review is solely for the overnight crew. Very disrespectful and do not great customers. Everyone on staff 9/23/2023 around 1 am were on their phones, including the manager who had in AirPods and was talking on the phone. The manager refused to complete orders claiming they “were not in the system” as seemed to be under the influence with glossy eyes and slurred words and she acted very irate. They were listening to music and had a line of people standing outside of the window. Horrible service, no support from the manager, and the cross contamination from their phones, not having hair nets, having drinks sitting getting watered out and not washing their hands has to be corrected. I will be emailing corporate, wash y’all hands."

"They always say it's 24 hours and when you get here there's never anyone, they say the system is down... I don't know why they say it's 24 hours. Whenever I come at 5 in the morning, there is never anyone."
