"The usual Tim Horton's fare, done well. The staff is helpful and friendly and they fill your order fast. There are three tables to stand at and eat. We loved stopping in here before catching the train to Manhattan."

"Tim Horton's Jamaica Street level store is fabulous. Let's start with the food, look out Crispy Creme you have some serious competition.... they have this Nutella donut that is pure Crack. Sorry LI they don't have that donut out by you. You have to go to Jamaica. If you are dieting, don't have it you will be hooked. I am also a fan of the raspberry filled donut and the crullers. Also their coffee is really really good. So let's talk about the staff, can you say AMAMZING!! There are tons of people who pass through yet they are always friendly. Let's be honest Jamaica is a tough crowd. And... they remember how I like my coffee. I have never seen any of them in a bad mood. They are absolutely delightful."

"My experience here is always great. Friendly warm staff, fresh food and fast service. I normally use the Mobile app to order my items ahead and it's always hot and ready never stall. Staff always makes sure to send a friendly greeting when they give you your order no matter what time a day it is. Donuts and cookies are fresh throughout the day but obviously at it's best during the morning. Even when new specials are added to the menu they are quick to adapt and no considerable slow down to orders like it can happen at certain stores. Coffee is good and red bull mix drinks are a sweet kickstart for your day. Reasonable tea collection. I do recommend joining the app for points and the regular coupons do help."

"I have been here a few times and while their breakfast food and donuts were really good, I was a bit taken aback when I came here last week and saw two small flies in the donut display case. I understand that these things are hard to control sometimes, but from what I can tell there isn't a way to close the display case from the employee side. In my opinion, there should be a way for the display to be closed when an employee isn't actively taking donuts out for a customer. I'm just really disappointed because I loved the donuts here, but now I'm very hesitant on buying more. Another thing that kind of annoys me is how I always need to wait to pick up my breakfast sandwich. I've ordered between 8-12 minutes in advance on six separate occasions and still needed to wait 5-10 minutes when I arrived. This might be understandable if it was during busy morning hours, but it's always around 11 AM so there are hardly ever more than 1-2 other customers. One time, the sandwich was already ready and waiting for me, but nobody would come to the pick-up side to ask me what I was waiting for so by the time I got it, it was cold/room temperature. So while the most logical thing to do would be order more than 12 minutes in advance, I don't want a repeat where they make it immediately and my sandwich is just sitting there for up to 20 minutes. Also, generally speaking, the prices are insanely high. I'm not sure if that's the case with all Tim Horton's, but If you don't have the app and aren't using an offer/coupon each time you visit, you're going to be stuck paying super inflated prices. Lastly, I don't imagine this is the fault of this particular Tim Horton's location, but they always ask me to complete a survey after ordering in order to receive a promo code for $1 10-pack of timbits, and I complete the surveys just for it to say that it will show up in my "App Offers" and it never does. I contacted their support team about this, and they just never replied."
