"Horrible customer service . I went to this location and tried to place an order at the drive-Through . The lady asked me if I knew how to read because I asked her to give me a second while I read the Menu . I went inside to ask her name and why she was being so rude . She refused to give me her name and so did her coworker . A receipt found from a different customer had her name on it which is “SONIA” Sonia is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in customer service . I reported her to the corporate office and I hope this is rectified immediately. I would hate for another person to be subject to the disrespect I have received ."

"Terrible Custumer service in here, I spent nearly $20 in breakfast this morning and this girl says to me that bathroom isn’t for customers then I ask her.. I have to p e e and that’s all I need to do I nearly begged her and she says it’s not for customers then I told her I understand it’s not for public traffic but I purchased here I consumed your product and I can’t use the bathroom? She says she doesn’t care. This is terrible, I hope the owner sees this and does something about it.. This can’t be happening!"

"This review is for the Dunkin Donuts portion of the store, not the Baskin-Robbins: I'm a big fan of Dunkin but this place did a poor job with a staple of theirs: their bagel and cream cheese was weak. They charge the same if not more than mom-n-pop shops but give you a dried out bagel with sparse cream cheese (see pic). The croissant sandwich was fine but they have no condiments (while other DD carry mustard & hot sauce), so it's a dry sandwich. The coffee is starting to get watered down as well, so all in all just a poor experience from a once decent store. I'm not wasting any of my money on this place and if you have any other options, you shouldn't either."
