"Today my husband and I went 20 minutes before closing, when we entered no one looked at us or asked us what we wanted to order. The girl who was at the register made a face and left. Then his partner looked at the clock and took our order and in the end it tasted horrible."

"I would like to give a 5 star review to Gabriel. I come in here sometimes to get some Of my favorite drinks which are the ice Pumpkin cream chai tea latte , Ice chai tea latte or Ice Matcha tea latte. Walking into this location the staff here are very welcoming and does a great job here making my drinks. Today I came in and Gabriel let me record him make my drink. I recorded him because he does a wonderful job making the drinks & he does it the correct way. A few other stores I have been to these past few weeks can’t seem to make my drink correctly in regards to placing the sweet vanilla cold foam cream on top, they do it wrong. So today I was able to record him so I can show the other two locations that keep messing up my drinks the correct way on how to do it. I would like to thank Gabriel on always being professional when I come into the store , always putting a smile on my face & making awesome drinks. Keep up the great work Gabriel. I would definitely your work to the other location because they some need practice :)"

"This dude was super rude, and they do not respect people’s time. They talk over my food instead of serving it! Customer service should always be A1. I was a manger before!"

"As far as food and atmosphere are, they’re fine.But as for service, it wasn’t worth the wait for it when asking for the simple order (15 to 20 minutes), strike 1, and sometimes ignored or forgot about my order, strike 2, until I ask the front for my order and luckily it was resolved, safe, though some Starbucks places are worse than this. My experience there is average (below average). Don’t recommend it unless you have time to waste and only care about the food, which it applies to other places that can do the same but better."

"I have had issues with this location many times because I often order pink drinks with “no ice”. Baristas refuse to give me a full cup. Thankfully Starbucks customer service representatives always give me a refund and an apology. UPDATE: This location was closed all Summer 2023. It is now reopened and much improved. It’s beautifully renovated and I have ordered “no ice” pink drinks twice and both times my cup was filled to the top:) Thank you!!!"
