"Worst experience as always! Notjing changed comparing year to year. I understand the face pace environment especially in the airport but definitely iy is possible to be more polite and be nicer to customers. No communication at all, no thank you, no greeting. I woek for customer service for 12 years so definitely basic service would be greatly appreciated but sorry I think we all spending our money here just to get disrespected.thats all…."

"Conveniently located Dunkin’ for travelers and terminal guests here at JFK’s Terminal 4 Prices are higher here than at sidewalk Dunkins, but it is an airport, so what can one expect For context, as of 12/3/2023 a large hot coffee with no flavor added cost $3.89 plus tax. To add in flavor, it cost an approximate extra $1 plus tax But other than that, the coffee was made as expected, but beware that this location does not do business with “Dunkin’ Rewards”"

"This location has a self-ordering kiosk, which allows you to peruse all of the food/beverage offerings and select the one you like best. There was a long line when I went, so don't order here expecting to be able to "grab-and-go." If you have 15-20 minutes before your next engagement, that should be plenty of time to order a doughnut, sandwich, or beverage from here. I found both the staff and other customers were friendly and helpful in assisting me with navigating the digital kiosk and lines."

"Extremely poor service. They have only one lady who takes orders; packs the food and also makes coffee. Waste of time for people to stand in queue for long. And after that people have to stand in another queue for payment. The lady at the counter was extremely slow. Very limited choices for donuts. They need to refil fast."

"We ordered three things and all three were wrong. This included two meh donuts - and we didn't even get the donuts we ordered - and a disgustingly sweet hot chocolate when the option chosen was no additional sweeteners. The only even slightly positive part was that when you clicked on info for the hot chocolate when ordering it said "hot bev" which was so stupidly obtuse it did a comedic 180 to become funny again."
