"The girls working behind the counter were doing amazing today! They were swamped busy between mobile and in store orders - we’re talking waiting in line for 20 min+ and a 25 min wait for food. I witnessed multiple angry customers. Despite these circumstances, I never saw any of the staff lose their cool. They remained calm, polite, and on top of their game. It was incredible and no easy feat for the average Joe but they were pulling it off! Thank you ladies for everything you do!"

"all 4 staff at this starbucks displayed a negative attitude towards the clients in the time i was waiting on my order. One of the male service attendants was particularly rude passing menacing glances at a female client who was simply trying to get one of the staff to answer whether they had called her name. truly poor representation of the brand and the entire team needs replacing"

"I've been to Starbucks in many countries, but it was by far the worst experience of my life. Since the store, which was supposed to open at 4:30 a.m., did not open until 5 a.m., so long line formed. Only one of the two drinks I ordered came out, and I only told the staff that, and she started to YELL at me. All the other customers looked at me, but she and other staffs bursted into laughter. Why does she tell a customer that she is busy? Isn’t it her job making coffee on time? It is also a problem that there is too little employees in the first place, and the attitude of employees is also a HUGE problem. The word “attitude” is also not enough. Women who seem to have no basic human decency in themselves. Even 1 star is a waste."

"Ok so the food and drinks are good you know it’s Starbucks and also pricey . However I’m giving two stars to the management and corporate office who seriously and terribly understaff this location and there literally are 3 people making drinks plus one cashier also making drinks and the one other girl calling out the names in the corner. I ordered on the app and got my food but waited forever for the drink: this is nothing against the hard working people they’re amazing just terribly understaffed the line so long and people waiting forever for drinks. Never seen it this busy"

"The only positive I have here is that cappuccino was just how I expected, it’s a busy outlet in terminal 5 of JFK AIRPORT, so expectations are the staff would be active and proactive, not the case lots of staff just hanging about, and the queue gets longer, the cashier, my impression is I was a nuisance and that’s no joke, there was ONE person making the drinks, the poor thing, trust me I have lost almost an hour of my life. This Starbucks experience was not a good one"
