Went to pick up our food and was told they didn't have my order and were really unwilling to help in anyway except telling me to cancel my order online. "Horrible experience. Place needs cleaning- staff friendly but busy talking rather than assisting customers. After order placed they read order back to me however when i got home i noticed on my receipt that they billed me for an extra fries, large size drink i did not ask for and for each individual sauce when i had ordered several sandwiches that should have come with atleast one sauce. The last few times i was there i had similar experience with staff and cleanliness of place, i can't figure out how they are still in business...very disappointed. Is there anyone who checks these establishments. Where is the manager and why doesn't he care?"

"I think this place has improved with newer staff compared before very unorganized. They are nicer here compared to port Chester ones rude and won’t let you choose chicken. I usually ask for specific chicken and they give it to me without a fuzz. Thank you. Quick and efficient."
