"Tonight I placed a mobile order for two sandwiches, I arrived 15min later when I was expected and told it wasn’t ready yet. After standing around for 10 minutes I then received a notification that my order— only to be told again my order isn’t ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order. This location is LACKING LEADERSHIP"
"Food is great but I got the steak and cheese and my 1st 2 bites was just bread and I got an ok amount in the middle and the last 3 bites were again just bread (both halves) . For $15 for a full sandwich I think they should fill it up with more steak ."

"I live close by so I was hoping a Panera would open in the neighborhood. I ordered in advance and the store forgot one of my bread bowls; however, the manager personally called me to let me know and apologize for the error. Soup stores are a dime a dozen but customer service varies and the staff and management of this store are superb and personable. I’ll be going back for the employees if nothing else."
