Dunkin' 1805 Webster Avenue Gulf Gas Station, The Bronx, NY 10457

"Cant make a simple ice coffee.. they add what ever flavor they want. I ask for french vinilla and they add vinilla. I add espresso they dont put espresso but still charge me… smh they need to be retrain Asap. The app wants to charge for extra but dont add the extra we payed for… RETRAIN DD. Still Months later same issue. 1/20/2023 Retrain DD. I pay for Espresso and only get syrup,water and milk smh thats not ice coffee. Smh Still even Months later 8/5/23 same issue… I pay for Espresso(and is not free) I dont get what i pay for. and only get water with syrup… and milk when i clearly order cream. Retrain your workers smh"

"Clean atmosphere, great staff, and fast service is what you will get at this Dunkin' I know the owner personally, and must say his values spill into his business. This has to be one of the better Dunkin's in the Bronx. I have never had an issue here. By the way none of the staff knows that I know the owner, which makes this review official and not bias. Thanks guys great work!"

"They really deserve a 1 star but they can just get rid of that review. Service here at this horrible. They changed my order from a large macchiato to an iced macchiato, I went back to the store (I ordered thru ubereats) the they guy tries to be dismissive of my complaint and concerns about my order being wrong and insisted that I didnt know what I ordered. Its printed clearly on the receipt 1 lg orig macchiato 3 mocha swirl 5 sugar and milk. I asked for the manager and he claimed to be the manager, and when I asked for his name he gave me 2 different names. When he made the hot coffee he gave me plain regular coffee. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted, if i didn't have to rush back to work i would've called the cops demanding a refund. Went from wrong drink sent to me to wrong drink given to me to rush me out the store. Terrible customer service"

"The man working today 6/14/18 around 12:30pm served me raw bacon in both my bacon egg and cheeses’. Also told me it was extra to put butter on my sandwiches. They were so dry and the bacon was raw. Had to throw them away, very disappointed"
