"I ordered an Oreo matcha frappe with boba and my friend got a strawberry slushie with no add-ins. When we received our drinks, mine had no boba and my friend’s had jelly. I approached the server to let her know my drink didn’t have boba even though I was charged for it, and she insisted that my drink was not supposed to have boba in it and refused to remake it. Aside from that, my drink was very icey and it wasn’t pleasant to consume. We ordered the plain fries and they were yummy, which is why I gave this establishment two stars instead of one. By the way, don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. They’re likely the result of an in-store promotion. I have attached a photo of it here. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone come here if you’re craving boba."

"What a nice little snack shop hidden on 164th street between the 7-11 and pizza place. Recommended for kids. Got some super sweet strawberry bubble tea. And cake. And a macaroon. They also have some real food snack options like French fries and chicken bites. Didn’t try the stuffed animal vending machines this time."
