That’s the amount of time you can use to go to a cafe, a diner whatever, order coffee and pastries, enjoy them sitting down, pay for it and leave. Starbucks clearly needs another location here to take some load off of this branch. Obviously, I’m never coming back here again especially on my way to work because I’m super late now. This is NY. Time is money. Nobody has 20 minutes for coffee"
"Baristas are always very nice. What I will say is that customers should be more patient when it comes to the wait time. The baristas are working as fast as they can if your in a hurry show up earlier or go somewhere else."
