"Seems like the staff has one sided beef with me. Not sure as to why since I always greet and use my manners when I walk in and out of there but that’s out of my control. The staff is very unprofessional (minus one not sure of his name but he’s in his teens/young adult?). I come here from time to time and every time I walk in the staff completely ignores me until I’m the last person waiting for their order pickup and then they’ll ask me and hand me my food after it’s been sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes at maximum. The drinks aren’t made right and half the time taste like water and the seating area is a story for another day. Unless you’re getting the food for free I wouldn’t bother coming here and wasting money."

"It's a small shop. When I'm strolling through the mall, it sometimes becomes my dash-in and dash-out spot. I can always grab a quick cuppa Joe and donut for dunking. I recommend the avocado toast for a quick light bite. The donuts and muffins have been at the peak of freshness each time that I've paid a visit to this store."
