"Avoid acquiring a vehicle from this company; they impose an exorbitant interest rate, approximately half of your loan percentage. The staff is discourteous, often ignoring and abruptly ending calls, relegating your concerns to the back burner. A notable instance is my interaction with Carol from the Asheville location, who, despite having my information readily available, dismissed my request for a simple payment history card, asserting she would address it at her convenience before abruptly ending the call."

"I have known Eric and Mike for a good while now. They help people out in a jam whenever they can and do it even if you have less than perfect credit. They work with you great within reason. I recommend this place to everyone because of the personnel and the interest rates are far lower than most places in the area. This was my previous review above. Since then Eric is no longer there and I am not sure about Mike. They had done a refinance for me a while back to catch up payments after the pandemic and my payment went up 45 dollars per month without my consent and now they bug me to death and are very judgmental and condescending when speaking with me. I hope they don't get anymore business from the area. Please be mindful that this is not the same company that started out being good."
"The financing part through John was a breeze he was very polite, took into consideration my concerns and gave great feedback. However I did not like the fact that they would hound you about your payments regardless if you was 1 day or 15 days late. Upon signing my papers with John I asked questions " If I'm late what is the penalty fee, I don't mind paying it" "After how many days do I have till it effects my credit" so fourth he answered them correctly with my understanding you have a ten day window to pay your loan and 29 days till it hits your credit. Well after a year or so they start pressuring you. John is great. I'm thankful that I have finally payed my vehicle loan off in full."
