"Went to Gregory's this morning for a new cafe experience and was pleasantly greeted by wonderful service. I tried out a new drink called Nu Love, and I think its become my "new love" lol. Place is very relaxing and a nice space to work. Cookies here are also so good please try them."

Service is a vital component of any visit to a dining establishment, and it's crucial that guests feel valued and respected throughout their time at the restaurant. even the manager or supervisor not addressing the complaint in a caring or apologetic manner further underscores the importance of strong leadership and a commitment to addressing customer feedback in a respectful and proactive manner. When service falls short, how an establishment responds to feedback can make a significant impact on a guest's overall perception of the experience. In conclusion, while the coffee and food at Gregorys Coffee Forest Hills may have been enjoyable, the lack of attentive and polite service, as well as the concerning indifference towards customer feedback, undoubtedly detracted from the overall experience. "Walked into a friendly environment. Store was filled with decorations and the staff was really nice when taking orders. I wasn’t sure what to get but the person taking my order helped me out. Coffee was great and even got some latte art!"

"Very convenient location for a quick coffee grab. Great to see some competition to ⭐️☕️ in the neighborhood for a major coffee franchise chain. They had a lot of offering to their menu, from coffee to vegan sandwiches. Have been told by people that the quality of coffee is better here than the other place. During this visit, we had BETTER HALF WITH HIBISCUS ELDERBERRY and BETTER HALF WITH BLACK ICED TEA. Was a bit disappointed in the drinks as they weren’t even that cold and didn’t look like the picture on the menu. Had to wait for the ice to cool the drink and when it did, it was only for a brief moment, as the ice disappeared pretty quickly. Looked as though the staff were pretty new and needed some time to learn the ropes. I’m confident that they’ll get better in no time. Looking forward to trying out other items when the staff get better caught up in the ways of doing things."
