"BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER SHOPPING HERE!!! My daughter received a sweatshirt as a gift, tried to exchange because there was a stain on it. Tags attached, never worn and within return policy window. Manager WOULD NOT take it back because of the stain. Now she's out of the gift on a defective item she had nothing to do with. Will take my business elsewhere. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

"Horrible customer service and everything is VERY overpriced. I absolutely loved the location in Greenvale but this new one has horrible management. The manger was very rude, and nasty when asked simple questions about her store. I could buy the same clothes from other local boutiques without the markup. Will never give this business my money again."

"I’ve been shopping here for over 12 years and it is ALWAYS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. Lester’s always has the inside scoop on the latest trends and has a huge selection of gorgeous clothing. My entire family can always find something great to add to their closet while here. The manager Linda is a real doll. If there is anything you need, she and the staff will make sure your shopping experience is top notch. They also followed all Covid-19 social distancing protocols for a safe shopping experience during these unusual times. I felt completely safe while purchasing much needed clothing for my daughter on my last visit. Highly recommend."

"This is a great place for young women with discerning tastes in clothing. I have been able to take my daughters here for school shopping or nice dresses multiple times with success. The clothes are stylish and modern formal. The experienced staff is outstanding with helping you find outfits and sizes. Early on the staff made me look like a hero in my clothing selections for the kids. Now they help the grown kids coordinate their own outfits. 10/10. Limited shoe selection and very little for boys. Best local clothing shop for girls / teens."
