Starbucks Central Terminal Area, Queens, NY 11430

"A total chaos. It was supposed to be opened at 8am but it turned out opening at 10am. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew but they ran out of cold brew. I ordered a classic coffee with pumpkin foam on top instead. The barista told me I need to ask the cashier change my drink because they didn’t have cream toppings. I went to the cashier for a refund, and I was asked to talk to the barista. Another barista ended up giving me the coffee, but it was VANILLA cream foam, not pumpkin :( From the cashier to the barista, they were all very rude and impatient. Terrible service. Paid $6.8 after tax for a drink I didn’t want. Contacted customer service but it wasn’t reachable."

"There was MOLD all over the sandwiches. When pointed out to the staff, i was (quite rudely) told it was not an issue (? Wut). Passed back in front 30’ later, they hadn’t taken them away. Although these are (probably) not the one served to the clients, it shows the major lack of any care and regard to hygiene from the staff. I noticed another comment mentioned the same thing a month ago. Obviously, no action has been taken. The late was horribly tasteless, couldn’t drink more than half of it. Serious impact on my perception of the whole Starbucks company. Steer clear for your own health."

"I was waiting for 20 minutes for a drink. I understand it was busy but when I asked about my order the lady was super rude. Infact all of the ladies were very rude and hard to talk to. Very ratchet Starbucks I’ve ever come across. What an utter shame for Starbucks to have such a crew at an international airport with people like that. Horrible attitude and the drink wasn’t my order. Asked for iced coffee got caramel ribbon crunch. They were both saying “looking at us ain’t gonna make us get your drinks”. I work at the airport and everyday it such an unsettling scene with them and someone."

"This is the most disgusting drink ever. A pineapple lemonade!!! It was sweet and yet sour at the same time. Also that white stuff that looked like someone puked in the cup is supposed to be pineapple. It's been dried and taste nasty. What a waste of $5.99. The absolute worst drink I ever had. For that price Starbucks needs to do better. Don't get this. It's disgusting. Imagine having to drink that with this stuff floating inside. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"This Starbucks also a good place. Side it’s have huge open space for spend time during before flight checking area upstairs. You can view runway & lots of aircraft outside. Nice space to spent with hot coffee. Which is nice feelings."
