"The prices here are my least favorite thing, I mean it’s not outrageous, but it’s definitely not the cheapest. I do love the menu though, they have a good arrangement of bubble teas and snacks. I had the matcha slush, and it was really good. I got it with less sugar and was pleasantly surprised to note that it didn’t taste watery, instead the natural flavor of the unsweetened matcha really came through. I also had the matcha bubble waffle which was incredibly good: a little crispy, and chewy on the inside. All of the packaging is super cute and the food was ready at a reasonable time."
"I got the mango passionfruit jelly iced tea. It was very delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants something sweet, fruity, and refreshing!"
"It's a nice, quaint place in the corner of the mall. I was actually looking forward to getting Hong Kong Milk Tea. It was my first time in the place and the young girl behind the counter barked at me. My presence seemed to interrupt her conversation with the other coworkers. I noticed that she gave better service talking to them. Food is good. They pay attention to details. $6 milk tea is a but pricey but you get to keep the glass. (Maybe they can make it cheaper if you bring your own glass? ) All in all, in a mall of a 100 bubble tea joints, service matters. I'll come again -one more time- to see if it was a fluke."
"The pineapple bun and signature milk tea was amazing. Tasted exactly like the ones in Hong Kong. I went back for a second pineapple bun after I ate the first one. Will definitely return! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews."
"New Asian style tea spot. They have a lot a great selections I wanted to try but kept it to only two items this visit. Also love their colorful interior and packaging. For this trip, got their Mango slush w/clear jelly less sugar and Grapefruit ice tea w/clear jelly. Kinda regret having gotten the less sugar on the mango slush, tested little water down. Their self ordering system is really great and intuitive to use. Only regret is the store is not well maintained and had trash everywhere, including around the order counter."
