"Took a long time to receive order. When I finally got my burger it was cold so I ended up waiting even longer for another burger. This location has lousy service and is the worst BK I have ever been too. I will not be going back."
"I’m a regular customer at this place and the employees are sweet and courteous ( except for the manager) and I never had a problem at this place or anywhere else being a deaf and disabled person. On December 23, 2023 around 6:00pm to 7:00pm I experienced one of the worst experiences in my life. Because I’m deaf, I can’t use the speaker at the drive thru to make orders. I must drive up to the window and inform an employee of my hearing impairment before ordering. At this particular Burger King restaurant, they have two windows: #1 for ordering and making payment and #2 for picking up your order. Most of the time when I showed up at #1 the window was unavailable ( no one there to assist) and they would either wave their hands for me to drive up to #2 window or I drive up there without instruction ( depending on whether anyone was there to assist). This time around, no one was at #1 window, so I drove up to #2 and immediately informed an employee of my hearing impairment. He was a kind and very pleasant young man and acknowledged my disability. I then vocally made my order ( I can speak clearly ) but it seemed like the young gentleman was having trouble understanding me, so he handed me over to his manager. The manager looked at me through the window and I noticed his face was not happy to see me; he said something to me rudely, judging from his facial expression, and I told him that I was deaf and could not use the speaker. He yelled again ( I didn’t understand what he was angry about ) and then he slammed and shut the window. I was extremely hurt and decided to call the police. The police came and spoke to the manager about his behavior and the manager denied knowing I was deaf, despite his very own employee, included me, tried to explain to him I was. I will no longer give my business to Burger King from here on."
"It's one of my favorite burger kings in the area . My food is always good, and I'm never disappointed. This makes driving an extra 20 minutes worth it for me ."
"Went in to order breakfast about 8 o’clock this morning. There was a brown haired, older woman behind the counter, picking through a wad of bacon in a plastic container. That must have taken all of her concentration because she totally ignored me while I was standing there at the register in front of her. Guess she don’t know to take your order unless the ding from the drive-through goes off. No wonder there were no customers in the dining room or at the drive-through."
