"Beyond disappointed with my experience here yesterday. Ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready. Myself and others waited forever since they didn’t have anyone working the to go. The sandwiches were a joke with maybe an ounce of chicken being on them and looking absolutely nothing like the pictures displayed as well as missing half the ingredients listed that were included in it. For the price I paid I feel robbed. This town/village has so many other places for you to get a better meal for a fraction of the cost here. I will never eat this glorified hospital food again."

"During a busy lunch rush, twice the manager Jim saved the day and my hangry mom and me. The hot coffee pot was empty and my drink hadn’t been made and we’d received our food so he made my drink after adding fresh coffee out front. We were very grateful since he was also helping to fulfill numerous lunch orders. I also heard him say to more than one person that they as customers are always nice to him and he appreciates that. Hope the company recognizes his excellent customer service in a fast paced environment which is hard to come by in these challenging times."

"As the food was good always consistent. The employees were something else. When we walked in there was two people behind the counter, one of them look right at us and just walked away never asked if we were ready or even just politely said someone will be right with you. After we finally got help. Our dining experience was quite disturbing as they were cleaning up as we were eating, I mean moving the empty chairs at our table and vacuuming under and around our table. Not the mention the foul smell coming the obnoxiously loud vacuum. As I would recommend other food I would say you may have a better experience to enjoy if you were to take it home, or eat it somewhere else."

"Same great food. But when you're in the store and you place an order to go and you have to wait a half an hour to get your order because they preparing online orders before yours for people that aren't there and don't show up before yours is ready. It's really annoying. They really should prioritize orders of people that are in the store."

"Panera used to be one of my favorite spots for lunch … unfortunately the last several times I have gotten my usual Fuji Apple Salad, many pieces of lettuce have been extremely wilted and brown. Photo for reference. I had kept returning hoping the quality would improve, but it looks like this trip will be my last for a while."
