No one answered but I'm glad I decided to google the company as I never heard of them... WILL NOT BE FALLING FOR IT. EVERYONE BEWARE!!!"

"I fell in love with the first vacuum cleaner until there was a problem with it. I had it for several years ago and I do not remember the problem. I called them to see if they can repair it. They never said yes or no. They just had me to buy a new one. Six months later they wanted to see if the vacuum needed to had a “check up” to see if everything was working smoothly. I kept telling everything was fine. After several call backs, to get me to buy a new model, I blocked their number. I have a problem with this model which only needs a new part to repair it. I do not need to spend hundreds of dollars to “repair” a vacuum cleaner. I’m better off going to National Wholesale Liquidators."

"This company scamed my mother over $6000.00 in vacuum purchase. I am going to report them to BBB and then taking them to court. My mother is a retired 70ty yrs old woman who knows nothing about vaccums and they took advantage of her cause she leaves alone. How would u feel someone did that to ur mother. Lawsuit lawsuit lawsuit and nothing else but lawsuit"

"I was contacted and told my number was given by a friend. The Kirby rep said I was qualified for a $75 dollar free cleaning. The rugs and sofas will be vacuumed. I agreed and had them come in the next day. They entered the house and immediately it was a sales pitch . Nothing about a cleaning . The sales person bent my arm forcing me to sign up for this vacuum. I called them up the next day to get info on how to cancel the order and all I got was the run around . Claiming a manager will call back but it was all a scheme to let the timeframe past so I couldn’t return it anymore . I feel like I was ripped off and got scammed. Don’t ever let these people in your house! Very poor customer service! No help from the Local distributor in the Bronx on Magenta Street."
