Connors Steak & Seafood

"I received a Connor's Steak & Seafood gift card for Christmas from some of my employees, so I decided to try it for dinner. i had set up a reservation through OpenTable and had no difficulties doing so. I checked in 15 minutes early and was able to be sat immediately. The hosts were friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the restaurant. Upon being sat at my table, my server Richie was there quickly to take my drink and Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer orders. He returned shortly with my drink and some hot bread and butter. He also suggested the specials along with his recommendations. I chose to order the 9 ounce Boursin Filet with garlic mashed potatoes and an added side of deviled eggs. For my soup I chose their well known lobster crab bisque. My Fried Green Tomatoes were brought out right away. There were 6 slices along with some cheese grits in the center of plate. It was an amazing appetizer that was full of flavor, but wasn't over filling. I've heard such good things about their Lobster Crab Bisque soup and I was blown away by the flavor of it! I now understand why everyone raves about it! My filet arrived after that. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was covered with their homemade Boursin cheese sauce and fried onions, which paired wonderfully with it. The deviled eggs are a treat in itself and were phenomenal! The garlic mashed potatoes were in a side dish on the plate and had great flavor! For dessert, I tried the Chocolate Mousse Cake and was not disappointed! It was presented nicely on the dessert plate along with a mint leaf and a couple blueberries. It was very tasty and a sweet finish to a perfect dinner. Service was great throughout the entire meal, with Richie frequently checking on me, along with the manager on two separate occasions and the bussers. Connor's definitely is the premiere place to go for excellent food and service in the West Knoxville area! I highly recommend it!"

"My first visit but definitely not the last. We looked up good steaks, and this place lived up to the hype. Steak was perfect! Service was amazing! Our waiter made us feel like we were the only ones in the packed restaurant!"

"We went to celebrate my mother in laws birthday she had the prime rib sandwich. The meat was good but it was just 1 slice slapped on bread. She couldn't even eat it as a sandwich. My husband burger was great juciy and big. My dad and I ordered the shrimp linguine. The pasta wasn't to bad but they used frozen precooked shrimp. They didn't use fresh shrimp. I even had a few with the shell on. Kinda disappointed for how much we spent for 6 ppl. We did get calamari. That was amazing with a sweet spicy cocktail sauce. We had Sarah rose as our waitress and she was so amazing and sweet and very attentive!"

"This is a great place! The staff was amazing! The young ladies that work the front are so nice and very helpful. The servers are so good they are very knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful. The bartenders are amazing they were all so friendly and made great cocktails! The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Will definitely go back."
