"The so called manager Eddie chun is very rude and unprofessional my mom purchased lg kimchi refrigerator from them 5 months ago because they are Korean and she figured she would get professional and courteous after service in case need be instead of cheaper American chain stores. It stopped working and she called him few times cuz the food was decaying he was very annoyed and rude about my moms calls and told us to call the lg customer service ourselves which I did they are overpriced and don’t compensate that with any decent after service and offer a bad attitude to be honest I wonder how he calls himself a manager and works there and refuse s to give owner’s information so I can make a complaint"

"Really fast and good service. I purchased a speciality refrigerator from them online on a Saturday and they shipped on Monday. This was across three states (deliver to Massachusetts). I ordered white glove service for an extra fee and that is exactly what I got. It was actually refreshing not having to have amazon as some wierd intermediary where communicating with the seller is through code and amazon site messages (same with ebay). It was even better than ordering direct from the manufacturers website which had shown this item out of stock. I would buy something again from them at any time. The item I purchased was over a couple thousand dollars."
