"I was really happy coming the other day. Usually I do my shopping in the evening but had to pick up a few things on the way to work a the store just opened. I couldn’t find what I was looking for. An employee saw this an asked if I needed something even though he just finished his overnight an clocked out. He showed me where it was an was extremely pleasant. Chris went above and beyond unlike the kids at night who run away when I’m looking lost. Overnight employees are the best!!!"

"I was in there about an hour ago, I walked up to the self check out, and the employee there was having a conversation with her friend, my register needed help and instead of stopping her conversation and coming over and helping me, she walked backwards. Continued the conversation with her friend, scanned her employee card, scanned my item and started to walk away without ever acknowledging, or even looking at me, I needed more help but when I started to ask a question she ignored me and walked away back to her friend, I had to drive all the way to the other side of town to get my items because your employee couldn’t take two seconds out of her personal conversation on company time to answer a customers question"

"Management is rude to Instacart employees. They are not helpful and give a hard time just for doing our jobs. Whether it’s pick-up or in-store shopping, I’m always experiencing some type of issue at THIS location alone. I’ve had a 5-star rating for over two years and this store has negatively affected my delivery rating just for having to cancel orders. I was made to wait 15 minutes just for someone to come out with my order being the only person in the parking lot for an online order. They deliver ripped bags to your car (when arrived to pick-up ONLY) leaving customer’s items to fall out all over my car. When asked for assistance they came and placed a single back on the ground and walked away refusing to re-bag my order. Store manager came and watched me bag the order by myself. Such a nightmare, if I could BAN this store from my app I would. -1000 rating"

"Honestly, one of the worst grocery stores I've ever shopped at. I've lived in the area for over 5 years and have never been to a more dysfunctional and disorganized store in my life. It USED to be good and then the slow decline finally came. They are never fully in stock and the customer service is laughable, at best. I don't normally like to write scathing reviews but after spending $6-7K per year and constantly having problems with my pickup and delivery (yeah good luck with Instacart, lmao, after getting rid of employed drivers) orders, I've learned now to drive past it to a better super market. Avoid like the plague, both this branch and the Stop and Shop brand as a whole are spiraling into bankruptcy. Your money is better spent at a grocery store that cares about its structure, employee selection and quality of stock."
