"My family and our neighbors recently stayed in Beech Manor #7. The apartment had 4 bedrooms (1 on the first level, 1 on the main level, and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms (1 main level & 1 upstairs), a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, living room, and dining area. The apartment also came with a covered carport for parking. The Beech Mountain ski resort was just a 5 min walk away. This saved us a great deal of time not fighting for parking. Beech Manor met all of our needs for 6 adults and 1 toddler. We would stay again and recommend to others."
"Always nice views from the back of the rental of the trees and ski slopes, and you can hear the creek just down the hill. Out front, we always see alot of birds, docile deer, and sometimes woodchucks, especially in the spring and fall. I have seen black bears on the mountain, even on this property. We love to get away from civilization here. (This is for Beech Manor, not 4 Seasons by Beech which is a separate business, where the rental management folks & the Mexican restaurant are both located)"
"Very quiet && mostly secluded. The condo is very clean && welcoming. Would love to return!!!"
"Always accommodating. Absolutely spectacular views all around. And the mexicsn restaurant downstairs is prettty good."
"Old but nice, and HUGE...we're loving it! Probably built in the 70s or 80s, our unit #8 hasn't been updated much besides carpet, furniture, appliances, windows, free wi-fi, and one wall-mounted 37" flat-screen with Dish TV & VHS/DVD combo (the other of only two is an older 26" tube model in the master). But it has been kept very clean, so I'll call it cute & quaint. It is one of two 4-BR models in the quadraplex that sleeps 10 (ground floor room with twin beds, master with a king on the main mid-floor, two upstairs rooms with queens, both just beyond the large loft with a foldout couch); the other two are 3-BR/8-person units missing the extra downstairs bedroom. The kitchen was last updated years ago, but it is very well stocked with all kinds of fairly new accessories. All the rooms are relatively large, lots of windows bring in plenty of natural light & breezes, and the mountain air is cool enough so that no AC is needed (just heat for the winter). The living area seats 7 next to a dining room table that expands to 10, the loft seats 5, and each bedroom also features a chair (most cushioned). Two full bathrooms are located on the main floor (shared with the master) and third floor. That third floor is accessed via a fun spiral staircase, and the high vaulted ceilings (at least in the upper two units) make it feel even roomier. There is an enclosed porch room, but no outdoor balcony. Our unit also was stocked with lots of puzzles & some games. The 4-BR units feature a single carport, with two in the 3-BR ones, and there is more parking in the gravel driveway. (Safety note: the railings are old & likely not up to current code, as the slat widths are 6.5", with the spiral staircase gaps being a full 14.25"...we had to get creative for our 10-month old grandchild, but that wasn't too hard.)"
