"This is the best Mexican place in Kingston. There is a lot of authentic Oaxacan fare. They could do a little better with presentation of a few things, it's real home style Oaxacan food without much flair. The Pozole is a standout, probably the best in duchess or Ulster county. They also make one of the best chile rellenos I've had. The horchata is not too sweet, and the guacamole is solid and fresh , but not stand out. The tortillas are homemade and really special. The tortilla chips are also really good. They also have a sufficient tequila and Mescal selection. The owner and staff are extremely sincere and courteous. We're lucky to have authentic Mexican food like this."

I felt like I was at the family dining table and the mother came out from the kitchen to make sure we were satisfied. What an amazing meal."

"You do not necessarily believe you will find wonderful Mexican food in -Kingston. It is great food with terrific people. The prices are ok. It would be less in Co Cal, but the gasoline is less in NY. Life evens out."
