"Yafa is a little gem of a coffee shop and well worth the visit if you’re near the area. It’s one of two or three of the best cafes in Brooklyn and I’d put it in my top 5 coffee in New York. They serve excellent food, have plenty of space and the staff are great. Coffee - 8.2: the bean selection for their blend is very good, rich flavour with very bitterness. They use a medium roasted Colombia & Costa Rica blend that has notes of chocolate & brown sugar. The notes were there but they could have come through more. It would have been nice if they’d have a fruitier blend but I know they’re just catering to a market. Temperature is spot on and the milk work is nearly perfect."

"Food was delicious. Portions were small. Soujuk platter had only about 4 pieces of soujuk so it wasn’t really a platter. Coffee was delicious and service was amazing. Great place to sit, relax and enjoy a local cafe. The prices were high compared to the portion size but overall great experience."

"Wonderful experience with an intriguing atomosphere. Flavorful chicken added to the Tabbouleh salad was okay. Maybe I am biased because Tanoreen in Bay Ridge has a Tabbouleh salad like no other. Yafa had ample seating and great service. Food came out quick and many options on the menu .Try out the blue dream latte! It was a highlight."
