"To be fair, they have always fixed my dryer when needed. I found their name because the tag was placed on my appliance. But. In my opinion there is inconsistency on their pricing -they can give you two different estimates ove the phone for the same problem-. And then there is the courtesy factor. Not very courteous ove the phone. To put it plainly: they are rude, shouty and unpleasant to deal with. If you have a different/better option, go with it."

"Yesterday -- Sunday, June 2, 2019 -- our Maytag dryer wouldn't start. I thought I knew what was wrong with it, but I didn't have the part. I called 5 appliance repair services and got offers for appointments ranging out until June 28th. Those were simply not acceptable. I had left a voice mail message with Appliance Experts, and got a call back saying they could be here on Monday, June 3rd. Great. I don't understand negative reviews by others. My experience was outstanding. Tony arrived when he said he would. He had the part. He replaced it. Dryer works! Tony was friendly. He was helpful. He knew what he was doing. He did it quickly and competently. I'm a happy camper. I don't know whether Appliance Experts are the cheapest. But they were far and away the fastest. Everything about my experience with them was positive. Highly recommended."
