"Horrible experience with Paul Fromer, owner of JDP Wholesale. He delivered my air conditioners but promised me 3 year warranties for both of them. I waited a month, didn't receive or hear from him about them. When I asked, he told me to relax. Three weeks ago, he wrote me that I will have them next week but the image only showed 1 year warranty. When I mentioned that he said he promised a 3 year warranty, I did not receive a response back. A week goes by, I ask again. His response was: "Can you please relax? Enjoy life a little please. It's only a warranty." That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from him nor received any warranty. Horrible service, terribly rude, and unresponsive! Steer clear!!"
