"I have been shopping at Telco for the past 4 years and yesterday I had a very bad service experience. I asked the manager to use the bathroom and he said it wasn’t possible because the bathroom was downstairs and he would have to leave the counter to take me. I told him it was an emergency and he said sorry he will not be able to assist me. I told him I used the bathroom previously and it’s in the store and he said no and he’s sorry but he will not be able to help me. I think this is very bad and management needs to provide bathroom facilities for customers."
