"There are not enough amazing words to describe this eatery! I found it on happy cow because I was looking for vegan options in Huntington and am so thankful Lota Veco came up! They have so many delicious and nutrtious options to choose from! I ended up getting the baja burrito which I fell in love with! I even bragged about this place on the vegan foodie facebook group because I feel like everyone needs to know about this place! Also has plenty of nonvegan options so everyone can eat here! Finally, the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff will definitely have me making the trip back out here!"

"The food here was an absolute treasure. We ordered a mushroom vegan quesadilla, the Baja burrito, two bowls, and cappuccinos. The burritos are a little on the dry side, but they're very tasty and seasoned perfectly. The portion sizes for the bowls are HUGE and so filling. Their in-house made cashew cream and guac are so fresh and flavorful. The coffees were brewed just right and they have non-dairy milk options. The atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil and is the perfect place for a laid-back date spot. The girls working here are super accommodating and know what they're doing. They also have ice cold water free to anyone as well as disposable to-go cups for anyone who enters. The prices are what you'd expect for a healthy plant-based restaurant, and it's definitely worth the drive to!"
