"There’s a rude old lady with (glasses) she was soo rude she didn’t let me buy cookies because she had orders in the back if that was my fault and I came here all respectful and she was just unprofessional by asking her how much is the 6x pack of cookies and she didn’t want me to buy them and also she was screaming at me saying too sit down and eat in a rude way"

"The Lady working today is so rude I don't know how she keeps her job, she is an older lady and is always in a poor mood the young girl does a great job Nice Happy to help she loves her job the older lady that worked the night on 9/13/23 don't care about the customers from a managers point of view I am a manager in the area I would fire this lady she don't represent Subway in a positive way always mean and nasty if you don't like your job get one you do like if you don't want to work then retire and she closes early. Too bad the one in Montgomery on 208 closed"
"The only complain I have about this subway is that it's not open at 7:30am like they have posted. I went there at 7:45am to get a sandwich for my daughter and they were close. I was very upset since she was going on a trip with the school and needed to bring a lunch."
"Website says they're open til 830 pm on Sundays. We were on our way home from NC to VT and wanted to get something before everyone closed, drove 7 miles out of our way one way only to find they close at 630 every Sunday. We tried calling several times but there was no recording or anything telling us it was closed, it just rang 3 times then hung up. NOT IMPRESSED!!!"
