"I've been driving Volkswagen for over thirty years now and lives not too far from this dealership. I refuse to do business with the because of how unprofessional and rude most of the staff can be. I had to bring me 2022 Tiguan in for an issue wit the steering wheel control. I was told that the part would be ordered and someone would be in touch. Weeks went by and no call. When I did call to inquire, the staff in "Service" would pick the phone up and hang up without taking the call. I had to go through sales and have someone transfer my call to service in order to get info on what's going on. Save yourself the headache and frustration, go to White Plains or Danbury. Just as a sidenote, I had a Nissan Rogue and experienced the same problem with their Nissan branch, very dismissive."

"I usually do not take the time to write reviews on google, but this needs to be shared. Truly, this experience was a nightmare. I called to have my car checked out and asked if they could do the recall I received an email about. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and received a call at 11 from the sales department stating that someone was in the shop and interested in purchasing my car! I then received a call from the service department where someone told me to think about selling it because I need a new engine. When I arrived at Teddy, they sent me to sales where someone met with me and tried to convince me to purchase a new car! When I asked about the recall, she stated there was none for my car. When I stated I received an email about it, her response was “ohh I missed it” I was charged $180 for I am not even sure what because there were photos on my report that were not my car. I spoke to the foreman and he stated that my check engine light and oil light were on, which was wrong and he was confused when I told him they were not on. I brought my car to the mechanic the next day and all I needed was an oil change which they never did at Teddy. I will NEVER be coming here again and will be filing complaints with the better business bureau. I advise no one to come here, they are all crooks! It was truly awful. I felt that everyone was taking advantage of me and I left in tears. I also felt the mechanics I spoke to did not even know what car they were talking about. It was a miserable experience. BEWARE!"
"Yahaira Hernandez sold me my car and I’m really happy with it. Her customer service didn’t feel forced and she answered all of my questions as best as she could. She helped me deal with my car insurance when they weren’t being helpful and got me the results I needed, so her customer service was really awesome and appreciated! The manager was also really cool and accommodating (Pete). About the car: all in all I had a good experience with the dealership - although I noticed my car had a bit of an ant problem once I got off the lot. It’s a bummer but Raid spray came today the rescue and so did a thorough car wash. My interest rate was higher than I was first told but I’ll be re-financing so it isn’t a big loss; the car and the price the dealership offered is worth it."
