"Dr. ZHANG has been my Primary Care physician for years and I find her a compassionate professional"
"2 stars ONLY bc I adore Dr. Zhang! She's very thorough and kind, and I've been going to her for years....However, the front office staff is so rude. If it were not for Dr, Zhang, I'd leave. My hsb left this practice as a patient, bc 2 years in a row they did not acknowledge his appt for his annual PE.... and, he had his appt card to prove it. Rude...rude...rude... not professional at all. IMO the 5 stars are not f/ patients..."
"I have called multiple times during the "normal" office hours and it has been switched over to the answering service for the emergency on-call doctor to respond. As well, when I call to try to set up an appointment I have to leave a message which sometimes works and I get a call back about 4 days later. Other times I leave a message and I never receive a call back at all. I am frustrated by the lack of medical care this facility brings. It is the administrative staff, not the doctors rhat really shine a bad light on this practice. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy or my ex wife."
"My husband and I've been going to Dr Foster for many years. He never, every disappoints. He spends the time with you to find out what is going on. He will research many different things before just giving you a RX. He remembers what is going on with you so he can build a history. He calls me at home if he has something to ask or to answer a question. I can't say enough about his level of care and making me feel like he has my back. He isn't the type of doctor that just throws pills at you. I often get the feeling he tries not to give me anything if it isn't necessary and he likes to keep the dosage as low as possible. and I really appreciate that. He will check in to see how the medication is doing and adjust as needed. He even works with other doctors you are seeing to make sure he has an eye on your overall health. Yes, over the years there have been some hiccups with rude staff. Especially at the front, but I have seen that get better. His nurses now are super nice and the lady that always draws the blood is a pleasure! My children have been bouncing back and forth between doctors that don't care to really understand what is going on with them. I decided to transfer them to Dr Foster and I am so glad I did. What a difference even in their yearly physicals. I am confident that they will be taken care of and that means more to me than anything in the world to me. Knowing they now have a primary care doctor that cares about their health and will spend the time to work with their other doctors and make sure they are on the right meds and adjust when needed makes all of the difference in the world. I highly recommend Dr Foster to anyone."
"I write this review for my experience with the Front Desk. I have not personally attended. I called inquiring as a new patient since I do not have a Primary Care Physician and the person on the phone was incredibly helpful, considerate of my needs. Took into account my reference from a coworker and wanted to ensure that I wanted to schedule an appointment with their office at which point they informed me the Doctor seeing new patients would be out next week unfortunately and wanted to make sure I take that into consideration if I wanted to see someone sooner. Even though my schedule does not currently support I truly felt they put my health needs first"
