"First, spent 45mins waiting to see the doctor. When I finally saw the Kelli Wall, she was rude, condescending, and spoke to everyone like they were a child. Then on top of all that, they refused to let me give my own medication (which I had done for 2 years prior) which is an injection. By the end of it, I paid them for literally doing nothing."
"My fist impression was awesome front desk was very nice it was clean and Dr.Shital Patel is awesome I was lucky to find her she is very thoughtful and kind she care about her patients."
"If I can give a zero star, I would! I do not recommend Lucia Reyes! I have filed a complaint about her and I hope it gets to cooperate, higher up, or who it needs to get to! That’s how bad my experience it was with her!"
"I called and canceled my August appt.then rescheduled it. When I got to the appt no one knew anything and tried to say I didn't cancel and is charging me $25 for a missed appt. Didn't have the rescheduled date in the system. So I just wasted the time off from work. I didn't just make up the dates and times. Now I have to wait another month. Need meds. Nice job appt setters."
"I saw Dr. Bradley Evans about some headache concerns/body soreness today. He had a very condescending tone with me and implied that the incident I was involved in was my fault. He spoke to me like I was 5 years old the whole time and said twice that I was “just trying to prove a point” after I told him details of my incident. The front office staff was amazing however this doctor needs to be spoken with. Very unpleasant visit."
