Triangle Allergy Asthma

"STAY AWAY ! Our primary care Dr sent us to this office for further testing and to get answers for my childs skin condition. We were seen and sent for blood work, with 2 prescriptions called into the pharmacy. We were told to make an appt for 2 weeks after the visit for a follow-up, and to see how my child is reacting/doing with the medications and to go over blood work. For 2 weeks, the pharmacy and I had left numerous messages (due to no answer ever) at the office - no answer for whenever we called (which was different times during the day). I had called and left messages about the medication and also because my child was having more issues for what we went in for, and zero call back zero response or care from this office. The pharmacy was having an issue with filling one of the prescriptions (the one we were suppose to go backnin 2 weeks to see how it was working) and told me they left messages for the Doctor and never got a call back or any response. Never once did the pharmacy or myself receive a call back or response. No one ever called the pharmacy or me back for 2 weeks, when my child was supposed to he taking medication prescribed by this office!!! No one ever called about the blood work, which another Dr office that has excess to it said there were some concerns. We are not returning to this office as this is super poor communication and care for patients. My child is dealing with a huge health issue/concern, and the lack of care, concern, and no response was a huge response to us never returning to this office."

"Dr Gayam has changed our teenage daughters life for the better. She sneezed every single morning and several times a day. No matter what medicine or doctor or nasal spray or air purifier or new mattress and any of that worked. And it went on for years. She couldn't sleep well which made it even worse. As parents, we felt awful. Then we heard about this clinic. We were apprehensive at first because we had tried everything. So I can understand why some patients are not so willing to trust. But that's what it takes with Dr Gayam if you want results. And you can trust her. This is one of those times when you can put your guard down and know that she and her staff will treat your child like it was their own. But it takes patience. It has taken a couple years of shots to get our daughters body not to react to specific allergens anymore. But it was so worth it. When she comes home for college break we don't even know she's here because she doesn't seenze. What a relief it has been for especially her but us too."
