"Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food is always cold and disgusting. Workers always have an attitude. I had to dig my expired ranch out of the garbage because I was being forced to pay for a new sauce when the ranch was clearly expired."

"placed an order today before 7:30 I was told the order will be delivered in 18 minutes it's 8:23 pm I never received the order, every time I try to call the driver, I was told that it can't be. I'm pregnant I almost died of starvation. Thank you Wendy's"

"My family and I went to order here and I noticed there was only one worker working. She was rude enough to say she wasn’t taking anymore orders when there was only one family in front of us. It wasn’t even closing time, which was so annoying! I’m just annoyed with the lack of staff here and how they keep closing because they’re so short staffed. They need to get it together if they want to stay in business."

"The worst!! Slowest service ever! First, I was the only one on-line when I approached the order cashier. A "worker" walked past me a total of 4 times, going to the back area and coming back out, never acknowledging me once, 4 times!. Finally someone came and took my order. Order took forever and while sitting and eating I watched as the line got longer and longer. At least a dozen people got frustrated, gave up waiting, and left the line. Get it together!!!"

"After this wendys reopened with new owners it's a mess. During hours of operation they're playing loud rap music and can't hear their customers. Want sauce besides ranch or ghost pepper?, put of luck. Want apple juice or chocolate milk?, out of luck. I only ordered 2 4 pce chicken kids meals and was served behind 3 other customers, who ordered after me (and one ordered a 10 pce meal?!). Then I watched a worker slide over the counter they put food on. Such a shame to see it like that. I won't return."
