"My husband and I have been with Covington credit for years, and this is the first time where we feel like our business doesn’t matter, we went into to this branch with the information that we was told he needed. When we talked with the ladies in office they was told that he had an account, and what we was wanting to do, they Never once asked our name, looked up our account, we were told that the manager was the only one that could help us. When she returned from smoking, she was told half the information, I corrected and gave the rest of the information to her, she said that she would email I am guessing her boss to ask. Still they never did get our name, we waited for about 15 minutes in the chairs. They manager proceeded with collection calls, and the other ladies just sat there, when we got up to leave they didn’t even acknowledge we was leaving, ask us for our names or anything so they could call us. And like I said in the beginning we have been with this company for years, we have never been treated this way. I have 2 months of payments left on my husbands loan, we need the money so we was going to refinance it if the information was enough,"
