"There fraud department is in the Philippines and locked up my account up on the holiday weekend and I have no access to my $ or any way to access it. Monday morning I will be closing my account and going somewhere else. They didn't explain to me what they were doing before locking it!"

"I tried to bank here because they had rates and terms I was looking for. I arrived at 1:30 so as not to interfere with anyone's lunches. Went to the teller got signed in and was told to have a seat. After watching two bank employees gaily trollop past me indicating they were going to lunch, I told the teller I simply wanted to transfer funds into their bank so that it could stay for a while, and inquired as to how long their lunches were because it was past 1:30 p.m. She actually "phffftttt" through the right side of her face and gave me an eye roll. Apparently, they are allowed lunch times of indeterminate lengths, that usually take place from 10am - 3pm. Clearly, I was not willing to wait another hour and a half and I felt very rude for interrupting "the feed" time. In retrospect, the whole thing is totally ridiculous. Whatever happened to power bars. Certainly, explained all the baggy t-shirts and baggy jeans the staff was wearing."

"Somehow!?! I'm 70$ overdrawn? How's this even Possible? Bank shut down my card (causing MUCH grief!) "sending NEW card in mail. " Been a week & I live 2 miles from the bank. Long ago I set up Automatic Debit pay check, there! WHY couldn't some staff just drop off new card at my Home?! I WAS going for "digital wallet " thingy. The level of service here... Too bad ya can't give this lonely bank in Sevierville NEGATIVE 5 STARS! SERIOUSLY!"

"Constantly messing up simple auto billing payments. Also they bounced me around different departments when i called because it was an auto billing loan to ORNL and neither the loans department nor the billing department thought it was their job to handle."
