"He was very businesslike. I explained how I had tried to get ahold of him, when I was in Florida, to no avail, I needed a charger and didn’t know were to get one. Because of this I ended up going to Sam’s and purchasing another hearing aid. I then later found a charger on Amazon and ordered it. This time when I went I explained this and all he said was good to have a backup. I could have got them from there to start with but I thought I would get better service here. This is the third charger and I had to send my hear aids off again at Christmas. I had to last year also and after three weeks I call to see if they were in and they were but they didn’t notify me."
