"UPDATE 8-29-23 Since their response to my August 24 review, I still have not received a return phone call after leaving a message as required on their phone system. 8-24-2023 No matter what location phone number you call, the call routing computer will not connect the call. I've been on hold at all the phone numbers this morning with the voice message, "You are at position 7 in this queue, please wait to be connected," and then seconds later, "You are at position 10 in this queue, please wait to be connected," and on and on and on. I go from position 4 back to 10. Position 7 back to 10. Then, after being in the queue for an hour or so, a recording says, "No one is available to take your call. Please leave a message. Your call may not be returned until the next business day." It is absurd that a health facility hasn't enough staff to answer the phone! I have a billing issue that must be addressed. If it cannot be addressed, you will not get paid. There is no phone number for the billing department. Since you are federally qualified, please allocate funds for people to answer your business calls, an improved phone routing system, and hire people for a billing department."

"Came for a telehealth appointment and then told to go inside. Ear infection with hearing loss and all the dark headed heavyset girl ar the blue ridge office could do was laugh and be condescending, so I left. Please don’t have the face of your business be filled with spots by such uncaring, unsympathetic human beings, I’ve never in my life been laughed at when I came into an office sick, this takes the cake."

"The only reason they deserve 1 star is because Dr. Felicia was very nice. However, I tried to follow up with her a week after my appointment about my referral and prescription. I left a message with her nurse 3 times in one week and never heard back. I tried to call the front desk twice and could only leave a message. Of course I never received a call back. I am currently on hold with the front desk for 20 minutes. They have asked me to hold 3 different times now. It is impossible to get in touch with these people. It is so unprofessional to not return phone calls and leave someone on hold forever. Actually, make that the 4th time I've been asked to hold just now as I am typing this. I think they are very understaffed. I had gone in to see Dr. Felicia to establish care with her. She was nice, but after this experience I will be moving my care somewhere else. UPDATE: after 22 minutes on hold it sent me to a voicemail...wow!"
