"When Robin was there this place was amazing, but when new management came it went downhill. I will NEVER do business here EVER again, no matter the bind I am in. I paid my account off over 2 months ago ( and another one), they never reported it to the credit bureaus, and told me that I can call them and dispute it with them. That is NOT my place. They should be able to do that like they are suppose to. Another company the same week has their closed and paid off. This is now hurting me. Then when I call to mention it, I get hung up by Debbie Brown, whom I am reporting to Corporate office. I am actually reporting this whole office there. They are rude, and they do NOT report your stuff on a timely manner, and when it is closed they still it linger and you get points hit. I would NOT recommend this place for your loan service needs."
